The theme of this virtual conference is "The Power of Cultural Responsiveness: Creating Fluency in a Responsible Way." 


We are very pleased to welcome Paul Nation as our Keynote speaker.  Dr. Nation is Emeritus Professor at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.  He is known internationally for his work on teaching and learning vocabulary.


Our plenary speaker is Nicole Brun-Mercer.  Dr. Brun-Mercer is the Associate Director of English Language Support Programs at Boise State University and has published extensively on cultural responsiveness and inclusivity.

Registrants will receive more information about the conference as it becomes available, including the conference schedule and links for accessing presentations.  This information will be distributed by email to registrants.


The conference Zoom will open at 9:30 AM.  Sessions will start promptly at 10:00 AM.


Attendees who are not current members of TESOL International, and who have not had a membership within the past 5 years, will be eligible for a raffle of 3 TESOL memberships!
