The Kutztown University College of Education welcomes session proposals for The 5th Annual Kutztown University-District Partnership Joint Conference on English Learner Education, to be held on, Saturday April 26, 2025, at Kutztown University.

This conference seeks to bring together ESL specialists, teachers working with ELLs, teacher educators, administrators and various stakeholders who work to address the needs of English learners.
